The frame and the background are both 100% wood.
The lettering is printed directly onto the wooden background.
The wood background is painted in matte white and can be cleaned with a damp/wet cloth and it will not ruin the print.
Saw-tooth hangers are installed on the back for easy hanging.

EDIT: If I could give 6 stars, I would! The lovely seller saw my original review and the silly mistake that I made typing one of my son's names. She reached out within an hour or two and offered to correct it and send a new one, for FREE. The values of this small business owner are so high and she really cared that her product held the meaning it was intended to hold for my family. The new sign came within a week and is the perfect addition to my family's newly changed space. I can't thank her enough for her kindness. I'm telling all my friends and family about her shop!
