Our sign was due to arrive after the holiday & when Etsy notified me of the extended date, this FANTASTIC company re-sent out our sign, expedited to make it to us before Thanksgiving! We are still blown away by there unbelievable customer service! This was the response I received when I emailed confirming the original delivery date set for after Thanksgiving….
“ Thanks for reaching out! I believe with the weekend and the holiday next week the shipping is majorly pushed out. We are shipping you a new one today with expedited shipping so you can have it for the holiday.”
