This vendor was wonderful to work with. Although the sign we ordered arrived with a crack in the wood frame, upon contacting them about the problem, Cherie Kay Signs not only sent us a new one, expedited, they did not want us to send back the old one and they also gave us a 15% refund due to the issue. The second sign arrived and was perfect! I would definitely do business with them again!
