My order accidentally got swapped with another order. I contacted the seller and they responded right away with a prepaid return label, a replacement immediately reshipped, and a discount. The sign is lovely and it looks wonderful in my home.
Great quality item and well packaged for shipping. (Slight crease in photo due to toddler, not seller…seller included directions to press it out…just didn't get around to it due to aforementioned toddler :-) )
