Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS

We accept returns within 45 days of purchase on items that are in their original, unused condition. Just select “Return” and include your order number so we can get things moving.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend Pirate Ship (pirateship.com) for discounted commercial-rate labels. Prefer that we handle it? Just mention it in your message and we’ll email you the label and deduct the cost from your refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom and personalized orders (unless the item arrived damaged or defective)
  • Gift cards
EXCHANGES

Not quite the right fit? We’re happy to help. Select “Exchange”, tell us what you received and what you’d like instead, and we’ll take it from there. Just keep in mind that return shipping is on you, and the replacement should be equal or lesser in value to your original order.

DAMAGE / REPLACEMENT

If your item arrived damaged, we’re so sorry — and we will make it right. Please submit the form and email photos here of the damaged item and its packaging. We will send a replacement. If your package hasn’t arrived within 3 weeks of your ship date, please reach out as well — we’ll treat it as lost and take care of you.
