The sign turned out beautifully and it came quickly. Also, wonderful customer service! The only flaw is that the cursive for the lower case 'r' isn't cursive so there was a break in the middle name, which I wasn't expecting. I assume this was just what the font was. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The first one came broken due to UPS poor handling. I messaged the seller and she replied within 30 minutes and sent us a new one that arrived in a couple of days. The product turned out BEAUTIFUL and customer service was amazing!!!!
The ad is a confusing. It does not specify what each hanging type was called. I wanted the holes so I ordered 'classic' thinking the hanging type with the string was 'rod'. It's not the look I wanted. My feedback for such great quality stuff should have an easier to follow ad. Also, a place to select color because I also was interested in that. When busy moms want to purchase it makes things a lot more simple.
