The seller was super responsive to my questions about weight of the product and shipping. The sign was made and shipped within a few days and got to me less than a week after I ordered it. I cried when we hung it up in my baby's nursery- it's the perfect sign with such a sweet message. Great quality too. I'd recommend ordering from this Etsy site and would do it again if I need another sign!
